Terms & Conditions

The agreement between you and Rogue Wisdom LLC, trading as Prime Local Sites.

Effective October 6, 2026 Rogue Wisdom LLC · Wyoming, USA

These terms apply when you buy website design, hosting, or maintenance from Prime Local Sites, or use the Prime Local Sites dashboard at business.primelocalsites.com. Prime Local Sites is a trading name of Rogue Wisdom LLC ("Prime Local Sites", "we", "us"), a limited liability company registered in the State of Wyoming, United States, at 30 N Gould St Ste R, Sheridan, WY 82801. They also govern your use of this website, primelocalsites.com. By ordering our services or paying an invoice, you agree to them. Please read them before you start.

1. What we provide

We design, build, host, and maintain websites for local service businesses. The exact scope of your project — pages, features, and anything extra — is agreed in writing before work begins, by email, proposal, or quote. Anything not listed there is outside the agreed scope and may be quoted separately.

We also provide the Prime Local Sites dashboard, which helps you manage reviews, enquiries, jobs, and customers. Dashboard pricing and any free trial are shown before you subscribe.

2. Prices, billing, and payment

Our managed website service starts at $49 per month. Larger or more complex projects are quoted individually, and the price is agreed with you before any work starts. Monthly fees are billed in advance and recur until you cancel. Any one-off build or setup fee is due as stated on your invoice. Prices are in US dollars unless your quote says otherwise, and you are responsible for any taxes that apply in your country.

3. Late or failed payment

If a payment fails or an invoice goes unpaid, we will contact you. If it stays unpaid, we may pause work and, after reasonable notice, suspend the website until the account is settled. We will not delete your content during a short suspension, but we cannot keep a site online while it is unpaid.

4. Cancellation

There is no long-term contract. You can cancel at any time by telling us in writing, and the service continues to the end of the current billing month. Monthly fees already paid are not refundable in part. If you cancel, hosting stops at the end of that period; ask us before then if you want a copy of your content.

5. What we need from you

Accurate business details, service information, and prices Text, logos, and photos you have the right to use Timely feedback so the project can move forward

You confirm that anything you send us is yours to use, and you are responsible for the accuracy of the claims, prices, and offers published on your site. If material you supply infringes someone else's rights, you agree to cover any resulting costs or claims against us.

The same applies to information you give us for business texting carrier registration (section 10). You are responsible for making sure your legal business name, EIN, registered business address, and authorized representative details are correct, and that you have authority to provide them. Inaccurate or mismatched information may delay or prevent registration.

6. Revisions and changes

During the build you can request changes, and we refine the site until it matches what was agreed. Once the site is live, routine updates — prices, hours, photos, service details, small copy edits — are included in your monthly fee. New pages, new features, or a redesign are new work and are quoted before we start.

7. Ownership

Your content stays yours: text, images, logos, and business data. Once your account is paid up to date, the design and pages produced for your business are yours to use for that business. We keep ownership of the underlying tools, templates, code libraries, and systems we use across clients, and we may reference your site as an example of our work unless you ask us not to.

8. Domains, hosting, and third-party services

Hosting, SSL, backups, and monitoring are included in the monthly fee. Domain registration may be billed separately or handled in your own account, as agreed. Some parts of your site may rely on third-party services such as email delivery, maps, or booking tools; those services have their own terms, and we are not responsible for outages or changes on their side.

9. Third-party integrations and Google Business Profile

The dashboard lets you choose to connect third-party services, including Google Business Profile. Connecting them is optional.

When you connect a service, you authorize Prime Local Sites to interact with it only within the permissions you grant, and only to provide the features you use. You confirm you own, or are authorized to manage, any Google Business Profile or other account you connect, and that you have authority to reply to reviews on behalf of that business. Your use of Google services remains subject to Google’s own terms and policies. Integrations depend on the third-party provider. Features may change or stop working if the provider changes its systems, limits access, or has an outage, and we cannot guarantee continuous availability of Google APIs or other third-party systems. You can disconnect an integration at any time. Disconnecting may disable related dashboard features, such as review syncing and replying.

How we handle data received from Google, including our Google API Limited Use commitment, is explained in our Privacy Policy.

10. Business texting and carrier registration

Business texting features may require carrier or industry registration before they can be activated, and continued authorization afterwards from telecommunications providers, messaging providers, mobile carriers, or industry registration systems. Where requested, Prime Local Sites may submit registration information on your behalf using the information you provide to us.

Your authorization

By submitting the Activate Business Texting form, or otherwise giving us business verification information for this purpose, you confirm that:

You are the owner of the business or are authorized to act for it You authorize Prime Local Sites to use and submit that information to register and administer business messaging for your business Prime Local Sites may provide the necessary information to telecommunications, messaging, carrier-registration, and compliance providers for that purpose

No guarantee of approval

Carrier and messaging registrations are reviewed or controlled by third parties. Prime Local Sites cannot guarantee that a registration (including 10DLC registration) will be approved, how quickly it will be reviewed, that an approval will remain in effect, or that carrier networks will be available without interruption.

Messaging providers and carriers may change their registration requirements, ask for more information, reject a registration, suspend messaging, restrict the messages that can be sent, or change their fees or policies. If they do, we may ask you for additional information to complete or maintain your registration.

Availability while registration is pending

Texting features may stay disabled or limited until the relevant registration is approved. The rest of the dashboard remains available in the meantime, unless a feature depends on texting.

Using texting responsibly

You remain responsible for how you use texting features. This means messaging people only where the law permits it, honoring opt-out requests, complying with applicable consent and messaging laws, and not using the service for spam, deception, illegal content, or other messages that carriers prohibit.

Some messaging templates, compliance language, opt-out handling, and automation behavior may be fixed or controlled by Prime Local Sites in order to support carrier requirements, platform integrity, and legal and compliance obligations. This does not guarantee compliance or carrier approval, and it does not replace your own responsibilities above.

How we handle business verification information is explained in section 6 of our Privacy Policy.

11. Results and availability

We build websites designed to bring in calls, quotes, and bookings, and we structure them so local customers can find you. We cannot promise specific rankings, traffic, or a number of leads — search engines and markets are outside our control. We aim to keep your site and dashboard online at all times but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service.

12. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability arising from these terms is limited to the fees you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. We are not liable for lost profits, lost business, or indirect losses. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot legally be limited.

13. Acceptable use

You agree not to use a site we host, or the dashboard, for unlawful, misleading, or abusive purposes, or to publish content that infringes others' rights. We may suspend a site or dashboard account that breaches this section.

14. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version published here applies to your service, and we will tell you in advance about any change that materially affects you.

15. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming and the federal laws of the United States. Any dispute arising from them will be handled exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Sheridan County, Wyoming, and you and we both consent to the jurisdiction of those courts.
